Bush, the show reporter on "Access Hollywood" and "Today" are ending their nearly 20 year union, and his wife is citing irreconcilable differences. In the filing, she is asking for joint legal custody and primary placement of their two youngest daughters. Their oldest daughter is an adult, so custody and placement of her is not at issue.
Billy Bush is the cousin of former president George Bush, and he was let go from his position with NBC's "Today" show shortly after a recording of his and Donald Trump's conversation leaked. This leak occurred in October 2016, and in this tape from 2005, the two have a lewd conversation about women. Bush's wife separated from his just 11 months after the leak of this recording.
